Tipping Policy:
To provide flexibility, Cana Miracle LLC offers the following convenient options for gratuities:
Option 1: At the end of the event, the bridal party or host can decide on gratuity based on the quality of service received. Typical gratuity ranges from 10%-20% of your total beverage package cost.
Option 2: Gratuities may be prearranged and included in your final invoice if preferred. Simply inform us prior to your event.
Service Fee
Service Fee: All packages have an 15% service fee applied to the total beverage cost. This covers administrative services, setup, breakdown, and staffing.

Q: Can we customize our beverage selections?
Absolutely! We’re flexible with our beverage offerings and can tailor each package to fit your specific needs and preferences.
Q: Are mixers and non-alcoholic options included in the packages?
Yes! All of our packages include a variety of mixers and non-alcoholic beverages such as soda, tonic, club soda, and juices. We make sure your cocktails are fully stocked and that there are options available for all your guests.
Q: Are bartenders included in the packages?
Yes. Professional bartenders are included in every package.
Q: What if our guest count changes before the event?
We ask for a final guest count 7 days before your event, allowing adjustments to your package until that date.
Q: Can guests bring their own alcohol?
No. Cana Miracle LLC is the exclusive alcohol provider at the Venue at Waterstone; outside alcohol is not permitted.
Q: What are the deposit and payment terms?
A 25% deposit of the estimated beverage cost is required at the signing of the contract. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event date.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelations 30+ days prior: full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancelations 14-29 days prior: 50% refund of deposit.
Cancelations less than 14 days prior: no refunds provided.
Q: How long does your bar service last?
All of our beverage packages include up to 4 hours of bar service, which comfortably covers the cocktail hour and most reception timelines. If you need additional time, we’re happy to extend service to match your event schedule. Just let us know your plans, and we’ll help you build the right fit for your celebration. If your event is shorter, we're still happy to serve but our base package pricing applies.
